Right before the new year I started following a lot of fitness related Instagram accounts and have read up on people’s fitness journeys, but there was one person who stood out the most to me. I first found her on Pinterest when I was searching for workout clothes, and I eventually found my way to her Instagram which included tons of helpful and motivational photos and videos. Then I started watching her YouTube videos and saw that she had such a genuine personality and that made me love her even more. She is part of the reason I wanted to start a self love type of blog. Oh, and she went to UGA (bonus points), if you know me I am a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan. Anyway, so on her website she has a fitness guide that I have been wanting to try out and since I got my taxes back I figured that I would invest in my health, not that her workout plan is expensive, but I have just been trying to be smarter with my money lately.
So I just ordered her 6 Week Guide and I am so excited to get started on this journey because I am sick and tired of constantly not having energy to do anything, I’m tired of having all of my work pants rip because I refuse to buy a bigger size (I have it in my mind that I will fit back in them one day when I get my weight under control), and I’m tired of feeling self conscious in everything I wear. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin again and I can’t wait to get started with this workout guide. Hopefully by mid April I will not only look better, but feel better too.
